BRD2抗体（G-4）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆BRD2抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的BRD2蛋白。BRD2抗体（G-4）既可作为非偶联抗BRD2抗体形式提供，也可作为多种偶联形式的抗BRD2抗体提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。含溴结构域的蛋白质包括BRD2、BRD3、BRD4和BRDT。BRD2（RING3蛋白）是一种丝裂原激活的核蛋白，其基因位于人类MHC II区域，提示其与HLA相关疾病的关系。编码BRD3（RING3样蛋白）的基因含有两个溴结构域，并定位于9号染色体q34。BRD4（HUNK1蛋白）是一种核蛋白，参与调节有丝分裂过程中的染色体动力学。睾丸特异性含溴结构域蛋白BRDT含有一个PEST序列，表明它在细胞内迅速降解。含溴结构域的蛋白质在生物体内普遍表达。

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good signal in Western blotThis antibody nicely detects endogenous levels of BRD2 in murine (N1E-115) and human (HepG2, U87) cancer cell lines (observed molecular weight: 90-120 kDa). Strong non-specific bands are detected at lower molecular weights, between 37 and 50 kDa.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent antibody for Western blotting.This product has been independently tested and validated in-house at Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation as a very potent and highly specific antibody for Western blotting with a mixture of mouse brain, testes and thymus tissue lysates. It very strongly detects an appropriately sized ~80 kDa target protein as well as an unidentified ~120 kDa cross-reactive protein in immunoblots.
