BNP抗体（D-8）是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆BNP抗体（也被命名为NPPB抗体、ANFB抗体、利钠肽B抗体、利钠肽前体B抗体、γ-脑利钠肽抗体、利钠肽B抗体、脑型利钠肽抗体或利钠蛋白抗体），能够通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）、免疫组织化学（IHC-P）和酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测人的BNP蛋白。BNP抗体（D-8）以非偶联的抗BNP抗体形式提供。利钠肽由三个结构相关的分子组成：心房利钠肽（ANP）、脑利钠肽（BNP）和C型利钠肽（CNP）。ANP和BNP主要作为心脏激素，分别主要由心房和心室产生，而编码C型利钠肽的基因主要在大脑中表达。这些肽具有强大的利钠、利尿和血管舒张活性，并涉及体液稳态和血压控制。ANP、BNP和CNP在由分子内二硫键形成的17个残基环结构内高度同源。编码ANP和BNP的基因位于人类染色体1p36.22上。编码CNP的基因位于人类染色体2q37.1上。

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A BNP-antibody working on ZebrafishI used the Santa Cruz BNP D-8 antibody sc-271185 in a western blot for a total lysate of Zebrafish larvae. The bands were quite strong and clear and the molecular weight was 35kDa approximately. The antibody resulted specific and worked well also in this species .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BNP antibody works really goodWe used the Santa Cruz BNP D-8 antibody sc-271185 (1:1000 diluted in 1% milk T-TBS) in a western blot (15% Laemmli) for a lysate of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes. The bands were strong and clear and the molecular weight was 37kDa approximately. The antibody resulted specific and worked really well.
