Is it also possible to detect the dimeric form of BNIP3 (60kDa) with this antibody?

Thank you for your question. It is possible to detect the dimer if it is present in your samples. In in house testing we generally see the monomer signal around ~30kDa.

Can I use this mouse monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemical staining of mouse tissue? Or even double or triple staining on the same samples?
