βARK1抑制剂是βARK1（β肾上腺素受体激酶1）的选择性抑制剂。βARK1抑制剂对蛋白激酶A（PKA）没有抑制活性。βARK1抑制剂在高达1 mM的浓度下对GRK2/βARK1的选择性高于PKA。当以200μg/kg的剂量给药时，βARK1抑制剂降低了ob/ob和烟酰胺加链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病小鼠模型的收缩压。在ob/ob小鼠模型中，βARK1抑制剂改善了葡萄糖耐量和可乐定诱导的预收缩的离体主动脉环的舒张。

Thank you for your question. We recommend to use solutions the same day they are made. If you do need to store the solution, we recommend to aliquot it into useable amounts and freeze. Multiple freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. The solution is stable for up to 6 months stored at -20C.

Thank you for your question. Yes, IC50 values can be written in nM. We also offer Pindolol (CAS 13523-86-9): sc-204847.
