Thank you for your question. Please refer to the protocol below which is recommended for use with our monoclonal antibody, ATP5B (F-1): sc-166462. For the data shown on our website, we used methanol-fixation, and the primary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:50. https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/immunofluorescence-cell-staining
