Thank you for your question. Based on the observed molecular weight of ~ 55 kDa in the cell lines tested by Western blot with this antibody, and the reported observed molecular weight of ~ 55 kDa for the ATG5-ATG12 complex reported in the literature, (e.g., PMID: 19783656), we believe this antibody can detect the ATG5-ATG12 complex.

What secondary is best to use with APG5 (C-1): sc-133158 monoclonal antibody?
