Atg3抗体（A-3）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆Atg3抗体（也称为Atg3抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的Atg3蛋白。Atg3抗体（A-3）既有非偶联的抗Atg3抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗Atg3抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Atg3（自噬相关蛋白3），也被称为APG3-like、hAPG3或PC3-96，是一种定位于细胞质的E2样酶，在多种组织中表达，主要在肾、胎盘、肝、心和骨骼肌中表达水平较高。Atg3催化Atg8-磷脂酰乙醇胺（Atg8-PE）偶联物的形成，这一反应对自噬（一种允许细胞器和大块细胞蛋白降解的细胞过程）至关重要。形成Atg8-PE偶联物的过程始于Atg4（一种半胱氨酸蛋白酶）去除Atg8的C端精氨酸残基。随后暴露出来的甘氨酸残基被Atg7激活，然后转移到Atg3进行最终的与PE的偶联。Atg12-Atg5偶联物的存在可以加速这最后一步，它的功能类似于E3酶。
