Can this antibody that is conjugated to HRP be used for immunohistochemistry of paraffin section tissue?

Thank you for your question. Aquaporin 9/AQP9 Antibody (G-3) is recommended for detection of AQP9 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. The HRP conjugate can also be used on tissue samples.

Can this antibody be used on porcine cells？

Thank you for your question. This antibody is recommended for detection of AQP9 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. Not recommended for porcine samples.Thank you.

I would like to use the AQP9 Antibody (G-3): sc-74409 conjugated for Flow cytometry. Do you have a protocol how to stain this antibody? extracellulair staining or intracellulair staining and with what kind of buffers?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great qualityI have used this AQP9 antibody (sc-74409) at 1:500 for Western Blot to detect AQP9 mouse liver tissue lysates. It showed a nice band at 33kda. Not much background, works perfectly fine. I think I could have gone lower with the concentration at 1:1000 in future testing.
