Have you experienced WB bands showing up other places than at the 31 kDa? i get very weak and many bands on my WB and the most clear bands show up at around 40-45 kDa.

What do you recommend as the ideal staining dilution for immunofluorescent staining?

We recommend a stating dilution of 1:50 (dilution range of 1:50-1:500). We recommend you titrate the antibody to determine the optimal dilution for your sample type.

Could you please provide the FCM (Flow Cytometry) pictures of sc-12740? I could not find in the publications below.

Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested this antibody, Annexin I (EH17a): sc-12740, for flow cytometry (FCM) and so we do not have any published data that we can share with you for this research application. The antibody has been cited in 20 publications, but it is most frequently used for WB, IF and IHC(P).

What is the recommended antigen retrieval method when working with paraffin-embedded sections in IHC?
