Amphiphysin II抗体（99D）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆Amphiphysin II抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和IHC（P）检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Amphiphysin II剪接变体1-10。Amphiphysin II抗体（99D）可作为非偶联的抗Amphiphysin II抗体形式。Amphiphysin是一种富含大脑的蛋白质，具有N端脂质相互作用并以二聚体的形式发挥作用。Amphiphysin包含一个膜弯曲BAR结构域、一个中间Clathrin和适配器结合结构域以及一个C端SH3结构域。在大脑中，Amphiphysin I和II形成异二聚体，通过它们的SH3结构域与Clathrin相关的GTPase Dynamin结合。这种关联对神经元中的突触小泡再循环至关重要，因为它先于Dynamin与Clathrin包被坑的结合和随后的囊泡出芽。在其他组织中，Amphiphysin可能在其他膜弯曲和曲率稳定事件中发挥关键作用。哺乳动物的Amphiphysins，即Amphiphysin I和Amphiphysin II，具有相似的整体结构。一种普遍存在的Amphiphysin II剪接形式不包含Clathrin或适配器相互作用，在肌肉组织中高度表达，并参与T小管网络的形成和稳定。

Can this Amphiphysin II (99D): sc-13575 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. We recommend following our recommended protocol, provided below, https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/immunoperoxidase-staining Alternatively, consider using our alternative antibody, Amphiphysin II (2F11): sc-23918, which we do offer directly conjugated to HRP and a variety of fluorochromes, if you wish to omit using any secondary detection reagent and potential non-specific binding.
