AMBRA1抗体（G-6）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆AMBRA1抗体（也称为AMBRA1抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测人类的AMBRA1蛋白。AMBRA1抗体（G-6）可以以非偶联的抗AMBRA1抗体形式以及多种偶联形式的抗AMBRA1抗体提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。WD重复序列是在各种蛋白质中发现的基序，其特点是具有40-60个氨基酸的保守核心，通常形成三级螺旋桨结构。虽然含有WD重复序列的蛋白质参与广泛的细胞功能，但它们通常涉及染色质组装、细胞周期控制、信号转导、RNA加工、凋亡和囊泡运输的调节机制。AMBRA1（BECN1调节的自噬蛋白1中的激活分子），也称为WDR94或KIAA1736，是一种包含三个WD重复序列的由1298个氨基酸组成的蛋白质。AMBRA1定位于细胞质囊泡，在神经元发育过程中控制蛋白质周转、细胞增殖和细胞存活，从而在自噬和神经系统发育中发挥重要作用。由于存在选择性剪接事件，AMBRA1存在多种异构体。

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with AMBRA1 (G-6): sc-398204?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
