α4a微管蛋白抗体(MH-17)是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆α4a微管蛋白抗体(也称为TUBA4C抗体、α微管蛋白4a抗体、微管结构抗体或微管细胞骨架抗体),能够通过蛋白质印迹、免疫沉淀和酶联免疫吸附试验检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的α4a微管蛋白。α4a微管蛋白抗体(MH-17)以非偶联形式的抗α4a微管蛋白抗体存在。微管蛋白是主要的细胞骨架成分,具有五种不同的形式,分别为α、β、γ、δ和ε微管蛋白。α和β微管蛋白形成异二聚体,这些异二聚体进一步多聚化形成微管丝。多种β微管蛋白异构体(β1、β2、β3、β4、β5、β6和β8)已被确定,并在哺乳动物组织中表达。β1和β4存在于整个细胞质中,β2存在于细胞核和核质中,而β3是一种神经元特异性的细胞骨架蛋白。γ微管蛋白形成γ小体,这是中心体处微管丝成核所必需的。δ微管蛋白和ε微管蛋白都与中心体相关。δ微管蛋白是衣藻δ微管蛋白Uni3的同源物,并与中心粒相关,而ε微管蛋白则定位于中心粒周围物质。ε微管蛋白显示出一种细胞周期特异性的定位模式,最初仅与新复制的一对中心体中较老的一个相关联,随后与两个中心体都相关联。
