I have recently purchased sc-271321 HRP antibody for WB. It is conjugated to HRP. so I skipped secondary antibody and directly probed by chemiluminescent substrate. NO signal shows up. Please send the protocol of sc-271321 HRP to me. Thanks

Not super critical but I am curious. What is the distinction between the alpha sarcoglycan antibodies on your site that are the D-7, F-7 and C-12?

Thank you for your question. The main difference between these three antibodies is their respective binding sites: amino acids 24-105 (h), 363-382 (h), and 43-68 (h). On top of that, the are different isotypes (IgG1 κ, IgG2a κ, and IgG2a λ) and only the F-7 clone is recommended for use in IHC(P) applications.
