Alix抗体（C-11）是一种IgG2a κ型小鼠单克隆Alix抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Alix蛋白。Alix抗体（C-11）既提供非偶联形式的抗Alix抗体，也提供多种偶联形式的抗Alix抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC以及多种Alexa Fluor®荧光染料偶联物。ALG-2相互作用蛋白（Alix），也被称为程序性细胞死亡6相互作用蛋白（PDCD6相互作用蛋白），是一种细胞质蛋白。Alix与凋亡相关蛋白（ALG-2和PDCD6）以及内吞作用调节因子CIN85相互作用。此外，Alix与运输所需的内体分选复合物（ESCRT）蛋白（Tsg101和CHMP4）相互作用，并且可以与HIV-1结合。内吞素（SH3P4、SH3P8和SH3P13）是改变膜曲率的酶，在包膜囊泡形成的早期和晚期步骤中是必需的，也与Alix结合。Alix参与多囊体的货物蛋白的浓缩和分选，以将其整合到囊泡中。
