ALB抗体（F-10）是一种IgG1 κ鼠单克隆ALB抗体（也称为血清白蛋白抗体或白蛋白抗体），它通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的ALB蛋白。ALB抗体（F-10）既可以作为非共轭抗ALB抗体形式提供，也可以作为多种共轭形式的抗ALB抗体提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。血清白蛋白（ALB）是血浆中的主要蛋白质，对水、脂肪酸、钙、钠、胆红素、激素、钾和药物等具有很好的结合能力。ALB的主要功能是调节血液的胶体渗透压。白蛋白在肝脏中以前白蛋白的形式合成，前白蛋白具有一个N端肽，在新生蛋白质从粗面内质网释放之前被去除。产物前白蛋白继而在高尔基囊泡中被裂解，产生分泌型的白蛋白。ALB基因的突变可能导致家族性异常白蛋白血症性高甲状腺素血症（FDH），这是一种由于ALB对T4的亲和力增加而导致的甲状腺功能正常性高甲状腺素血症。FDH是高加索人群中遗传性甲状腺功能正常性高甲状腺素血症的最常见原因。

Thank you for your question. Each vial contains 200 µg IgG1 kappa light chain in 1.0 ml of PBS with < 0.1% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin.

what is the meaning of primary and secondary antibody bundle here? Will they be supplied separately? Can I use them for Lateral flow assay strips

Thank you for your question. Yes, if you purchase the bundle you will receive a primary antibody and the recommended secondary . The antibodies are for WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) ,ELISA and FCM.
