腺病毒六邻体蛋白抗体（3G0）是一种IgG1小鼠单克隆腺病毒六邻体蛋白抗体，可通过WB和IF检测多种血清型腺病毒来源的腺病毒六邻体蛋白。腺病毒六邻体蛋白抗体（3G0）可作为非偶联的抗腺病毒六邻体蛋白抗体形式。六邻体蛋白是腺病毒的主要外壳蛋白。腺病毒衣壳有三个主要蛋白质组分：六邻体、五邻体和纤维。三个六邻体蛋白亚基结合在一起，形成两个对称性不同的主要腺病毒外壳结构。一个三角形顶部，三个密度塔叠加在一个庞大的伪六边形底部上。顶部的形状表明结构的三聚体组成，而底部的形状赋予分子功能，即为病毒颗粒提供密集堆积的不可渗透的保护外层。研究表明，腺病毒六邻体蛋白可能是激活细胞免疫反应的有效佐剂。

Thank you for your question. It is recommended for detection of cells and frozen tissue sections by IHC and IF, but not recommended for detection of paraffin embedded tissue sections by IHC or IF.
