Can Actin (H-6): sc-376421 be used to detect alpha isoform?

Good afternoon. Can you please specify what type of actin was used as the immunogen. The description says only 180-375 amino acids of human Actin. Is it alpha, beta, gamma? Which one? Or at least please provide gene ontology number. Thank you.

I would like to request a FREE 10 µg sample of Actin (H-6): sc-376421. This would be to test in zebrafish lysates and as a control for fractionation of cytoplasm and nuclei.

I am using Actin (H-6): sc-376421 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
