HIP1 抑制因子

HIP1 (Huntingtin Interacting Protein 1) inhibitors refer to a group of chemical compounds that are known to interact with and modulate the activity of the HIP1 protein. HIP1 is involved in various cellular processes, including endocytosis, vesicular trafficking, and receptor internalization. Inhibitors of HIP1 may have applications in research to study the function of HIP1 and its role in cellular processes.

Some compounds, such as HTI-286 (Hemiasterlin), Quercetin, EHop-016, Quinacrine, Hip1R, Pitstop 2, and Dynasore, have been reported to inhibit HIP1-mediated endocytosis or interfere with its binding to microtubules. Other compounds, like Eribulin, VD-168, In-2, TAT-HIP1, and IWP-2, have also been investigated for their inhibitory effects on HIP1.
