ZNF31 Antibody (MM-9) is a high quality monoclonal ZNF31 antibody (also designated ZNF31 antibody) suitable for the detection of the ZNF31 protein of human origin. ZNF31 Antibody (MM-9) is available as the non-conjugated anti-ZNF31 antibody. Zinc-finger proteins contain DNA-binding domains and have a wide variety of functions, most of which encompass some form of transcriptional activation or repression. The majority of zinc-finger proteins contain a Krüppel-type DNA binding domain and a KRAB domain, which is thought to interact with KAP1, thereby recruiting histone modifying proteins. ZNF31 (Zinc finger protein 31), also known as ZSCAN20, KOX29, ZFP-31 or ZNF360, is a 977 amino acid member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. Localized to the nucleus, ZNF31 contains one SCAN domain and ten C2H2-type zinc fingers through which it is thought to convey transcriptional regulation activity.

For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with ZNF31 (MM-9): sc-101084 antibody?
Asked by: Randy McDonald
Thank you for your question. We recommend this antibody for use in denatured Western Blot conditions. It has not been validated for use in non-denatured conditions. Please contact our Technical Service Department for further details or inquiries.
