Gute Ergebnisse in der Immunfluoreszenz
In der Immunfluoreszenz-Färbung an Zellinien und primären Zellkulturen zeigt der Antikörper ein gute bis sehr gute Färbung (die Verteilung der Färbung spricht für eine spezifische Färbung).
Bei Westernblot-Experimenten färbt der Antikörper in primären Zellkulturen zum Teil eine zweite Bande an, deren Ursprung unklar ist.
