I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with Ribosomal Protein L19 (K-12): sc-100830 monoclonal antibody?
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGλ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Works but relatively weak
Purchased for IF application. HEK cell fixed in Methanol (top) and 4% Formaldehyde (bottom) stained with 1:100 @RT for 1hr. Used sc-516190 for 2Ab.
It worked in both stain which makes me happy, but signal was pretty weak. (I am using super high gage here...)
Also, be aware that this is LAMBDA FRAGMENT. If you are using recent SCBT secondary antibody, most likely it is Kappa which will not bind to lambda. Use either sc-516190, or general anti-mouse (H+L) so that it has affinity to lambda fragment.

Good signal on WB
I tested this antibody in mouse pancreatic cancer line. This produced strong and specific signals (5% milk, 1:200).

not optimal
Tested this antibody at the same time as several other monoclonal antibodies against ribosomal proteins. This one had the weakest signal, and the most non-specific bands showing up in Western blots.
