Thank you for your question. This particular product, NFκB p65 shRNA plasmid (h) does not consist of a pool, but rather contains a single specific shRNA plasmid to target human p65. The shRNA sequence can be provided after you purchase the product. Please contact our Technical Service Department to request the sequence. The sequence of the entire plasmid is not provided because the shRNA is a ready-to-use consumable reagent. We do not support further propagation of the plasmid.
