Thank you for your question. HSP proteins are generally pretty ubiquitously expressed so it is harder to show upregulation. The differences in signal observed between untransfected control 293T and HSP 56 transfected 293T could be a result of differences in protein loading, lysate preparations, exposure times, buffer quality, etc. There are many variables that can contribute to this observable difference.
