What is the incubation time and tempreture of sc-35 PE for flow cytometry? I tried 1ug consentration for 1 million cells at room tempreture, 30 min but it didn't work.

Según el datasheet aunque pone es monoclonal de H-Ras reconoce también a N- y K-Ras ¿es correcto?

"for detection of antigenic determinants common to H-, K- and N-Ras" The antibody is labeled as an H-ras antibody but the description says it will detect H-, K-, N-ras. Am I understanding the description wrong? We want an IgG specific for H-ras

Thank you for your question. You are correct, the mouse monoclonal, H-Ras (259): sc-35, antibody has an epitope which is highly conserved in the Ras protein family. This clone is extremely popular, as indicated by the 75 product citations. However, if you are looking for a primary antibody that is specific for H-Ras then we would recommend one of our alternative clones: sc-29, sc-53958 or sc-53959. The most popular among these antibodies is our H-Ras Antibody (F235): sc-29 (https://www.scbt.com/scbt/product/h-ras-antibody-f235).

What is the difference between sc-35 and sc-35 P?

Thank you for your inquiry. sc-35 is our standard unconjugated H-Ras (259) monoclonal antibody. sc-35 P is the blocking peptide matching this antibody that can be used as a negative control in combination with the antibody.
