Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal gankyrin Antibody (3A6C2) was raised against full length recombinant human gankyrin. According to the following publication, the epitope mapping is somewhere between "the third and fifth ankyrin‐repeat region", or between amino acids 72-170. https://aasldpubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/hep.22027
