It works very well in western blot analysis
The an)body is very good. It is specific and the lanes are very clear.

At line 2 : carcinoma associated fibroblasts (CAFs)
My condi)ons are:
Blocking with milk 5% 1h
Primary an)body 1:500 tTBS on Secondary an)body: 1:3000 mouse 3% milk
