Can sc-100705: DAZ (Z6Q) monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-100705: DAZ (Z6Q) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Published for IHC in human testis This antibody is it has been excellent for IHC for human spermatagonial cells. Try 1:100 dilution for 1h at room temperature, followed by standard protocol of immunohistochemical staining with ABC kit. Definitely purchasing!
