Cytokeratin 19 Anticuerpo (A-3): sc-376126 esta recomendado para detectar Cytokeratin 19 de mouse, rat y human origen, mediante WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) y ELISA; también reactivo con otras especies, incluyendo equine. Lo no hemos probado en perro. Thank you for your question. Cytokeratin 19 Antibody (A-3): sc-376126 is only recommended for detection of Cytokeratin 19 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. It has not been tested on canine tissues or cells.

How can Cytokeratin 19 Antibody (A-3): sc-376126 be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This mouse monoclonal antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-376126 PE), fluorescein (sc-376126 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-376126 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-376126 AF647)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from work fine in IHC,but unknown in IFThe antibody work in IF and IHC at 1:100 for mouse primary liver cancer cells, hepa1-6 cells and 3T3 cells, but the FITC is negative through stained.Maybe these cells essentially can't express the protein or other reasons. After we searched the certain cell lines of full CK19 expression,namely hepaG2, BUT we are sorry to be note that the sample is over. (The photo of IHC work fine, but we didn't upload resulted by the store location of photos.) 3T3 cells for negative group.
