            Thank you for your question. All of our KO plasmids including controls are based on GFP expression for transfection control. We do not offer control CRISPR plasmids that encode RFP.

            Thank you for your question. The lyophilized CRISPR DNA plasmids are vacuum-sealed with a dessicant pack. They are shipped ambient and should be stable at room temperature for a while. We can not provide an exact number of days, but it should be fine to leave them at room temperature as shipped. For long term storage, we do recommend storing the lyophilized plasmids with the dessicant at 4C.

            Thank you for your question. The GFP is not integrated into the host cell genome, it is expressed transiently from the plasmid while it is present in the cell. It will decrease with cell division.
