Can sc-100676: ARSA (7A) monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?
Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-100676: ARSA (7A) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. We recommend performing antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6) and heat. The full protocol can be found here:

Good for WB
When the antibody was used at 1/400 dilution to detect ARSA in Hela whole cell lysate by WB, it gave a clear band at expected size and there was no background.

Good for Western Blot
I bought the antibody 2 months ago.I used it in western blot to check the protein expression level in Hela cells.There is correct size band and no background at all.
