Ho provato questo anticorpo in immunofluorescenza, su fettine di midollo spinale di topo criostatate. Diluizione 1:100, funziona bene, il segnale è pulito e specifico. Non ho dato il massimo perchè facendo una co-immuno insieme ad un altro anticorpo, il segnale di ALDH1L1 diminuisce di intensità, ma nel complesso è un ottimo prodotto.
