UltraCruz® Petri Dish for cell culture is manufactured from sterile crystal clear polystyrene providing excellent optical clarity in microscopic analyses. Petri Dishes are constructed with ventilation ribs, reducing condensation and allowing better gas exchange and air circulation. Consistent flatness and smooth surface ensure homogeneous distribution of culture medium over the bottom of the Petri Dish. Petri Dish lids have stacking rings for increased stability. Base of Petri Dishes for Cell Culture features a partial edge ring, allowing a single dish to slide from a large stack and provides enhanced stability when stacked. Free of heavy metals, Petri Dishes are free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA and pyrogens. Polystyrene Petri Dishes for Cell Culture are suitable for most laboratory applications.
