SPAG16 抑制因子

SPAG16 inhibitors target the protein SPAG16 (Sperm Associated Antigen 16). SPAG16 is a part of the central apparatus of the axoneme, a cellular structure found in flagella and cilia. The axoneme's proper function ensures the movement capability of these cellular extensions. Mutations or dysfunctions in SPAG16 can lead to compromised sperm motility and subsequently affect male fertility.
