Control IgGs and IgG Conjugates

Santa Cruz Biotechnology offers affinity purified IgGs useful as negative controls for Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and flow cytometry (FCM) applications available unconjugated and conjugated. Agarose conjugated (AC) IgGs are useful as negative controls in immunoprecipitation. HRP-conjugated IgGs are provided for use as negative controls in Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. Biotin conjugated IgGs are provided for use as negative controls in immunohistochemistry. Normal IgGs conjugated to FITC, PE, PE-Cy5, PE-Cy7, APC, APC-Cy7, Alexa Fluor^® 405, Alexa Fluor^® 488, Alexa Fluor^® 647, Per-CP and PerCP-Cy5.5 are suitable negative controls for immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry.
